مما يسبب مشاكل بعد البيع.
شريت من عندهم بارو بانك انكر 20100.
يدعم الشحن السريع، حاولت اشحنه بأكثر من شاحن ما شحن نهائيا.
رجعت للمحل و قالي انه ما يقبل الشحن إلا بالفيش الجديد تايب يو إس بي سي. مع العلم انه ما علمني قبل اشتريه و رفض يستبدل لي الباور بنك بالنوع اللي قبله اللي يقبل الشحن بأي شاحن و طلب مني اني اشتري فيش من عنده بقيمة 70 ريال و هذا استغفال واستغلال للزبون.
و أخذت الباور بنك النوع القديم بالغصب أو إبلاغ وزارة التجارة.
محل فاشل خدمة عملاء فاشلة عدم احترافية.
أنا مسؤول عن كلامي هذا جملة و تفصيلا.
