★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو اقدر اخليها بدون نجمه لفعلت مستوى النظافه صفر الرائحه كريهه الصيانه غير متوفره والاجار مرتفع حسبنا الله عليهم
 If I could clear it without a star, I would have done the cleanliness level. The smell is bad. Maintenance is not available, and the rent is high.

1- الإزعاج وخصوصاً في وقت النوم.
2- الروائح الكريهة وعدم نظافة الممرات والمواقف.
3- السعر مرتفع جداً نسبة إلى حجم الشقق.
4- شبكة الاتصال داخل الشقق ضعيفة.
الإيجابيات:
1- الموقع حيث أنها في موقع من أفضل المواقع في الرياض.
2- عزل الحرارة والبرودة للشقق.
3- يوجد ألياف بصرية.
4- جميع الخدمات قريبة.
5- المياه لا تنقطع بسبب اتصال العمارة بالمشروع.
Architecture Cons:
1- Discomfort, especially at bedtime.
2- Unpleasant odors and lack of cleanliness in corridors and parking lots.
3- The price is very high in relation to the size of the apartments.
4- The network inside the apartments is weak.
Positives:
1- The location as it is in one of the best locations in Riyadh.
2- Heat and cold insulation of apartments.
3- There are optical fibers.
4- All services are close by.
5- The water is not interrupted due to the connection of the building with the project.

Decent price at a good location... but not very clean and noisy as many apartments are rented as isteraha for guys for gaming and parties.
