★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad company, whatever it takes, do not do business with RJ Movers, we paid them with bank transfer, and we sent them the transaction number and they kept sending us messages to ask for the transaction copy, we transferred the amount internationally and I don't think they deal with much of international companies and they don't know who business should be done. they lack professionality and they lack knowledge about money transfer, and they lack everything. That is why they are very cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t you ever deal with this company !!!!!! Very rude people .....The point of contact person( Hanefa) is one of the worst sales person I have ever meet. We agreed and paid and the team came late one hour late than the agreed time also he said the truck is primed and they need to fix it so all the team have to wait for 2 hours without doing nothing and when they affaire to the new home they just put down the boxes without open it and unpack it but on the agreement I sign on pack and load and unpack. The other thing he always speaks very rude and loudly .

We’re one of the best services i have used in Riyadh, very professional, respectful, on time, packing and unpacking of items, next day they offered to fetch a few things i have had forgotten to bring with me plus deliver a massage chair to a friends house.
Myself and my husband are happy with the services and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - They broke a lot of things and don’t admit. They broke a glass I collect from my trips in front of my eyes and didn’t care to show remorse and didn’t compensate us.
- They ruined furniture while moving and installing and covered one with tape (photo attached).
- They broke some of our wardrobes and didn’t tell us till we tried to use them and discovered all the damages.
- they don’t care to install your things correctly (they will leave out some screws and not return all of them to where they should be used) and also they don’t screw things in the right places.
- They used permanent marker on our furniture.
-closeted aren’t installed properly. They don’t care to attach the backs properly.
- they broke a piece from sliding door and it’s not longer sliding properly.
- They would use all your bathrooms without asking for permission and they leave the seats dirty. I was grossed to use the bathroom after them and they didn’t leave a single one clean or unused. I had 7 toilets and they used all without permission. My two little girls and I had no clean toilets to use after they used ours.
- They are liars and disrespectful . They deny ruining things.
- They are super dirty and messy
- after we gave them a down payment they denied paying them but luckily my husband had a receipt and kept it.
Never make any business without receipts and always keep them for proof.
I would never recommend them.
