★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely worst service i have ever experienced from a hospital. Spoke to 3 different people from booking department and each refused to speak in English. I asked to speak to a manager and was again refused and asked why many times. When I explained that I've been hung up on multiple times, they simply hung up again.. I called over 20 times and was put on hold and hung up on each time.
I understand some Arabic, but don't speak it. I heard them speaking in the background planning on how they will avoid my calls. One woman said she will go speak to another desk and warn them about my number and not to pick up. All of the people I spoke to were women.
Worst service from a hospital. Period. Please avoid this hospital and try to use another as this service and treatment is indicative of the rest of the hospital. I don't normally write reviews, but I am making an exception for these extremely rude people.
To Mgmt: My call was placed on the 1st Sep, 2020 at 1 pm. Please reprimand those at the service desk who were involved and acquire 1 English speaker or at the very least someone who is willing to speak in English. You have just lost me as a paying customer and I am looking to do many expensive tests to try and understand a problem I am dealing with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick transaction, most of the basic laboratory test are available, good thing their pharmacy in downstairs so its quick to get prescriptions. The nurses are very very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, I did medical test for Iqama for 460 SAE, later on I knew it only cost 150 to 200 SAR. they told me test result should take 3 days and I should receive a message, but its been a week without hearing from them.
I tried to call them but could not reach them due to thier stupid automatic answering system
