★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمة بطيئة جداً وسيئة وكأننا بعام ٢٠٠١ عشان افتح حساب اخذوا البيانات و قالوا لي تعالي بعد يومين ورجعت لهم قالوا السيستم عطلان تعالي بكره ! رحت لبنك ثاني وفتحته بنفس الوقت

الموظفين بهالفرع بالذات لازم يعرفون ويتاهلون من جديد كيف يتعامل المراجع

ودايم نفس المشاكل تصير ماقد انحلت مشكلتي!
كل اللي ابغاه اني اطبع بطاقة للوالدة لأن ماعندها بصمة في أبشر ولا قدرنا.
مرات السستم عطلان ومرات الطابعة خربانه وجهاز الخدمة الذاتيه ماينفع!
تعديل، زودتهم من نجمه الى ثلاث نجمات بسبب موظف واحد كان في الاستقبال حل لي المشكله الأزلية وكان أسلوبه محترم جدًا وللأسف لا أعرف اسمه.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان واسع لكن ينقصه مناطق الراحة الشمس مرتكزة عليك بالضبط ومافي كراسي للانتظار رغم انو اللي معي حريم كبار سن مرره اشفقت عليهم من الشمس والحرارة والوقفة واكبر غلط انو يقفلون الفاصل اللي بين المقاعد وبين المساحة اللي بالصور يعني فووق انتظاركم وقت الصلاة ٣٠ دقيقة مو مضبطين مناطق الراحة بصراحة غريبة من بنك الرياض بالعادة بروتكولاتهم مميزة وشكراً
