الي يشتغل واحد من خدمة العملاء الباقيين جالسين بالمكتب ماتعرف ايش وظيفتهم
أتمنى مدير الفرع يشوف التعليقات ويحسن من الخدمة لأنه هو الملام عن سوء خدمة هذا الفرع
Very slow in the service, as if they want to send people away
The one who works is one of the customer service, the rest are sitting in the office, you don't know what their job is
I hope the branch manager sees the comments and improves the service because he is to blame for the poor service of this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو فيه نص نجمه ماحطيت للاسف اسوء بنك مر علي اول شي تاخذ من ساعه الى ساعتين لين يجي رقمك و توصل للموظف ثانياً مكان للاسف مقرف ثالثاً وصلت للموظف وشغال فيني تصريف ويقول تعال بكره الجهاز عطلان وقاعد على جواله وهو يكلمني الحمدلله ماحولت راتبي عليه
If it had half a star, I wouldn't have put it, unfortunately, the worst bank I've been through. The first thing takes from one to two hours to come to your number and reach the employee. Second, a disgusting place. Third, I reached the employee and he worked for me.

نجمتين عشان مدير الفرع الرائع اللي كان بنفسه يمشي الناس ويساعدهم لكن قلة عدد المظفين وصغر المكان ما ساعده
Too slow they need to increase the number of employees
Two stars because of the wonderful branch manager who was himself walking people and helping them, but the small number of employees and the smallness of the place did not help him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه قريت التعليقات قبل امرهم ..والله ماتوقعت انهم بالسوء هذا ..بالفصيح ومن الاخر (تصريف) والواضح انه في تنسيق بين الموظفين بالدوام لان مافي الا صراف واحد وواحد خدمة عملاء على فرع كبير يخدم منطقة كبيره لذلك تجد التأخير بصراحه استغرب من الادارة العليا ماتشوف وضعهم انا راسلت ايميل مدعم بالصور للاداره العليا يشوفون الوضع لانه بصراحه حسيت خدمات 2005
