للاسف لقب بنك لا يستحقة الشغل عندهم بدائي شوي من الطراز القديم والمدير مايخدم الا الطبقة المخمليه الي وراهم مصلحة والشي الثاني كل موضف يفتي من راسه وعلى راسهم المدير خلاني اروح واراجع واجيب وكالات واخر شي يقول لا مانقبل وكالة المحاكم الوكاله تكون داخليه المهم خسارة ياتعبي عندكم ولطعاتي الي بساعات وانتبو تطلعون من عند الموضف الا تسجلون فديو ع كلامه لنه اذا قلت له انت قلت كذا قال لا موب صحيح
Unfortunately, the title of a bank that does not deserve to work for them is a little primitive, old-fashioned, and the manager only serves the velvet class that he sees as an interest. The second thing is that every employee turns his head, and on top of them is the manager. Hours later, and you look out from the employee, don’t you record a video of what he said, because if you told him, “You said this,” he said, “No, it’s true.”

A bit better compare to other bank customer service. The process of handing over the debit card is very slow. I opened the account online and it was said that the card will be delivered through SMSA, 15 days passed no card. Visited the bank and they asked me to sign the paper and then again the guy said it will take more 24hrs to get approved, what?? ? Also, they will give priority to their people over us, this is just ridiculous. ?

Customer service is very polite and accomodating. Manager is very professional and handles the branch very well. Health protocols are observed due to Covid pandemic.

Very friendly branch starting from security guy is so polite once he knows am Egyptian starting to make jokes and laughing in very nice way Miss Nouf which my account RM as am diamond customer she is very welcoming with all requests she helped with my stolen credit card issue in no time in very professional way generally Riyadh bank is one of the best banks in KSA that am proud to have my account in Customer service and call center is one of the best in solving issues technical or financial issues in no time act and interact is brilliant god bless you all
