★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كان من اهم المحلات التي يجب أن أزورها خلال تسوقي في جدة لفروعه القليلة في المملكة ، لقد تفاجأت اليوم بفرعيه الاثنين سواء في الاندلس مول او السلام مول !! لم أجد ذلك الذوق الخاطف والرائع والمذهل الذي عودتنا عليهم ريڤا سابقا .. أتمنى أن تعيدوا النظر في من استلم التصاميم لديكم من قريب لان وضعه اليوم أحزنني كثيرا
It was one of the most important stores that I must visit while shopping in Jeddah for its few branches in the Kingdom. I was surprised today with its two branches, whether in Andalus Mall or Al Salam Mall !! I did not find that fabulous, wonderful and amazing taste that we had previously returned to Riga .. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الأول ريفا كانت قطعه مميزة جدا زي الموديلات الكويتيه وكان الوحيد في المملكة الي ستايله كدا بس سعر القطعة كان ما بنزل عن ٣٠٠ ريال وما فوق الان صار فيه حتى ب٥٠ ولكن الجودة والموديلات للأسف من أعلى شئtop الى محليlocal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفات وبالأخص الأخت سوسن أمينة الصندوق في ريفا اوتليت غير مدربات لحل أبسسسسسسط المشاكل الممكن مواجهتها مع العميل ععدم وجود صرف لخمسين ريال!! وفوق هذا كله ترفع صوتها على الزبونة وتصرخ وتخبط وتتكلم عن "قلة صبر الناس" وكأن على الزبائن إيجاد حلول أو الانتظار إلى مالا نهاية لحين وجود صرف! حقيقي قرار توظيف سيدات لا يعرفن التصرف وإيجاد حلول سريعة على الكاشيرات قرار سيئ سيئ سيئ للغاية ومستفز لأبعد درجة.. آمل أن يتم تدريبهن على حل المشكلات على الأقل عند توظيفهن
The female employees, especially Sister Sawsan, the cashier at Riva Outlet, are not trained to solve any problems that can be encountered with the client. There is no exchange of fifty riyals!! And on top of all this, she raises her voice at the customer, screams and confuses, and talks about “people’s lack of patience,” as if customers have to find solutions or wait indefinitely until there is an exchange! A real decision to hire women who do not know how to act and find quick solutions on cashiers is a bad decision, very bad and extremely provocative.. I hope they are trained to solve problems at least when they are hired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع ريفا في السلام مول يوم الجمعه31-12-2021 الكاشيره اسمها شيماء ومعاها موظفتين آخريات والمحل طابور طويل ممتد لحد خارج المحل والكاشيره تأخذ أكثر من نصف ساعة لتحاسب زبونة واحده واستمرينا واقفين في الطابور من آذان المغرب حتى آذان العشاء وبعدين جاني الدور وطبعاً بدون أي تباعد أو اشتراطات السلامه وسألنا عن سبب التأخير وردوا بانهم ماعندهم موظفين ونصف ساعة لكل زبون ايش تحاسب ؟؟؟
طيب يأخي لاتحط اعلان عند باب المحل بالتخفيض طالما ماعندكم موظفين أوا اقفلوا المحل وان شاء الله راح يقفلوا لكم بسبب تكاسل الموظفات لان اللي تحاسب شيماء والباقين شايفين الزحمة وقاعدين يطبقوا الملابس ويقفوا بعيداً بدون مساعدة الزبون
ماشفت أسوء من هذه التعامل ولو في صفر للتقييم احطلكم -10

I didn't see worse than this deal, even if it was zero for the evaluation, I'll give you -10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سي جدا اسوي تعامل موظفات والشوق كله فاتح وهم قافلين الباب ويطردون العملاء وكل وحده تصرفك على فرع درت كل فروعها نفس التعامل وحده منهم قالت كل الموضوع يصرفونك والله دعيت وتحسبت عليهن ضربوني كم مشوار وكله كذب الله لايوفقهم خصوصا الي بالتحليه الي شعرها بوي والي بالسلام منقبه لابسه نظارات
