I went to Reyhana Restaurant at Ritz-Carleton Jeddah with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. l ordered a pasta and it was not what I expected, not that it was bad at all, but I didn’t like it somehow. The Chef was told that I did not like the pasta and he come to apologise and insisted to make me two other dishes as a compensation. It was very generous of him. The staff were very lovely as well.
I also went to an open buffet there on another occasion. I have never seen such a rich open buffet. I highly recommend the restaurant indeed, I normally don’t write reviews but I was completely satisfied and felt the Chef and the Staff deserve a small Thank You.

Nice place and decoration .
Food was presented to the table wide variety although my excepctation was a little bit different. Grilled chicken and beef were cold and had no good taste , no sushi otherwise every thing was prefect .

I highly recommend trying the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lovely service provided by the staff! The variety of options given are nice and meets expectations. My only comment is that it’s a bit on the expensive side, 350sar per person for their dinner buffet. Perhaps it’s a place for a worth occasion.

Also, the sweet bar is big and there are lots of choices, but most of them are not that good. They have to pay more efforts for this section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to Reyhana restaurant for a family buffet. The overall experience was great. However there were many things that could have been improved. Many food items like the steaks were really cold., with no way to get hot food. It was not clear if seafood could be freshly prepared. Had to ask the waiter after quite some time. The variety of food could be improved too, with no gravy’s and hardly any food items with chicken. Other than this it was amazing, the ambiance, the people, everything! The drinks and deserts were extraordinary. The live pasta station was amazing.
