★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im writing this review on the present day of my service.. I bring my car here to just change the engine oil.. And it took more than 3 hours.. I dont know what kind of service they are doing this much long just for an oil change. And behaviour of the reception staff is very irresponsible.. If we ask something about the car, or when it will be finished ,like this, their response are gestures. Showing hand somewhere and, telling go and ask some one, and murmuring under their lips..
And after i got the bill i waited more than 15 minutes at the cash counter.. Cashier was not there. Reeception person dont know. After long time of waiting i asked again where is the cashier.. Suddenly, surprisingly, fantastically, some one stood up from the very close chair from me.. He was sitting there and playing in the mobile all that time next to me.. And i was looking for cashier everywhere.. Beautifull..
Irresponsible. No words to express my anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy that this will be my last time visiting this terrible place. After specifically asking the guy to check and change the brakes, because I knew that they needed to be changed, and after he confirmed sarcastically that this is part of every maintenance check, he gives me my car back with the same brakes. Doesn’t even bother to give me the paper. After asking him about the paper and the brakes he said yes they’re almost gone, you need to change them urgently, come back tomorrow. Of course the “3 hours” ends up being “6.5 hours” and everyone there is disrespectful and pushy from the security guy giving you orders to the administrator.
I’m even happier that I convinced my friend to buy the Subaru WRX instead of the new megane rs, despite being an amazing car, but simply not to be forced to come to this terrible place.
There is only one solution, it’s to avoid buying the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to start like a fine customer service the frustration increases. When u wait for the service to complete for more than 5 hours .. especially whn u see your car. Hangin and no one cares to work on it..

Latest service was very bad. They took 5 hours 30 minutes (9am to 2:30pm) just for AC checking and change the air filter.
At 2pm they took signature for delivery and then asked me to wait for another 30 minutes, as the car is under washing.
In the between they closed the service centre for 45 minutes for prayer.
Heard a lot from unsatisfied customers sitting besides me.
Added to all the waiting area is part of the servicing area without Air-conditioning and exhausts not working. Often have to breath the smoke.
My visit here is only for the genuine parts.
Regretting for buying Renault.

They also clean your car after the periodic servicing.
Cons: while majority of people choose Saturday (off day ) for servicing, there is just one front desk guy working between the front desk and accounting and all over ..
it will be nice if you can add more people to work on Saturday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U know guys my car stay’s here more than staying with me I don’t know what they are doing with it after they checked and im doing the all services after 10 days my car suddenly stopped ?? really its nice car but bad agency .
The only good thing this agency has is waiting room thank u for it ??

After two weeks to get appropriate time, the following happens:
Arrived as scheduled 10:30.
They Start service 12:30
Car Will be received around 3:30
5 hours to change oil & engine filter!!
Definitely not recommended at all.
The worst ever!!
