★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كلموني على أساس أداوم معهم كمتدربة لمدة 3 شهور بدون مايوقعو معي عقد وللأسف داومت معهم 4 أيام وانا محسنه نيتي فيهم انهم بيوقعون العقد وبدون سبب مقنع تم الاستغناء عني
مالك المصنع سوري الجنسية تعامله كان سيء جدًا وغير احترافي نهائياً ولا فيه أي إحترام لقوانين نظام العمل السعودي
ما أنصح أحد يداوم معهم إلا بعد توقيع العقد حتى لو قالو تجربة حفظًا لحقه والحذر بالتعامل معهم.
They called me on the basis that I work with them as a trainee for 3 months without signing a contract, and unfortunately I stayed with them for 4 days and I improved my intention that they sign the contract and without a convincing reason I was fired
The owner of the factory is Syrian, his treatment was very bad, completely unprofessional, and had no respect for the laws of the Saudi labor system
I do not advise anyone to work with them until after signing the contract, even if they say an experience in order to preserve his right and be careful in dealing with them.
