★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever giving the price! First I asked for full day but she convinced me of half day and adding more hours. After the wedding when I asked for photos for the dinner and the reception she said you paid for half day.
The videography is the worst imagine a wedding without a zaffah videos. She said wedding video will be ready after finishing album and by chance I wanted to check videos where I noticed that the original videos of zafah are missing. Rawan was not aware and said that the lady for the video left the team but she will look for them! All original videos are few seconds in length!
Rawan will ask you to confirm final version but if you give it a careful look you will noticed that images are not photoshopped and there are some dirty in the photos. The jweleries were not taken when we asked her she said I dont have a specific lens for the jewelry!
To add on; before notifying us and before finishing the album we figured out through family and friends that she posted THREE images for our wedding for her own marketing purposes on instagram, we didnt bother because we wanted a final product, to find out later that she moved the editting and videography to other team members whom we never met without our notice.
The video for our wedding is the worst; the opening scene is bad has no introduction just a lady doing my hair, scene transitions were black screen that lasts for 10 seconds and the garden color is brownish not green!
When I asked for photoshop filters they said there is not filters in photoshop! And they kept asking me for example for what I want to work on it. So why am paying for a photographer if I should tell her what to do!
For someone who claimed training in the US I would expect more professionalism and amazing videos. I dont know if this happened to other couples but I wouldn't pay my money for such service.
