★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق راما لها مزايا ولها عيوب اولا المزايا: النظافة ممتازة وخدمات الاستقبال جيدة ايضا نظام غرف الشقق اكرمكم الله ادوار حماماتها عربي وادوار افرنجي لأن للأسف نعاني ونلاحظ قلة الشقق اللي فيها حمامات عربي تكاد أن تكون انقرضت للأسف .وعندهم عربيات للمرضى للإستخدام ويوجد شخص في الاستقبال سوداني اسمه قصي قمة في الاخلاق والامانة وفقه الله وايضا توجد في الشقة قمر العربسات والنايل سات أما العيوب:
الأسرة والمخدات غير مريحة تكسر الظهر يبيلها تغيير.. أما اللوبي التلفزيونات معطلة لها اكثر من سنة ايضا" الإنترنت بطيئ بكل أمانة من خلال تجربتي لفترة .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ متوسط المستوى، جيد السعر(غرفه وصاله ومطبخ وحمام ب٢٠٠ ريال لليله) تعامل الرسبشن والعماله جيد، مكانه لابأس به قريب من طريق خريص وحوله خدمات مثل بقاله وحلاق ومغسله، انا عن نفسي ما افكر ازورهم مره ثانيه

الاستقبال والعاملين ممتازين جداً
هناك مشكله واحده ( رائحه التدخين تملاء الغرف انا عجزت انام منها وكلمت الاستقبال ولا بيده شيء معذور
الصراحه نوم مع ريحه السجائر تصدع وتتضايق
ارجوا عزل المدخنين عن غير المدخنين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئه جدا جدا .. دورات المياه جدا سيئه والمويه ضعيفه والدش مكسور اكثر من شقه ادخلها واحصل نفس السبب ومركب بالجدر وعند الاستخدام ينفك بالارض .. والمكيفات ماتبرد وتسمع صوت الازعاج من الخارج والسيارات.. اتمنى لمن تاخذو الفلوس من الناس تهتمو فيها ومبالغ فـِـيْ الاسعار على كذا شقق .. ??????

وموظف الاستقبال وموظف الخدمات تعاملهم فوق الممتاز ، شكرًا لكم
