السبب
١ : لايوجد عزل صوت في عماير الراقيه وتسمع جيرانك إلى فى الدور والي فوق وتحتك مع العلم ان شقق راقية الزمزمي ليست رخيصه ويوجد هذا العيب الغير مريح جدا.
٢ : أدوات السباكة والكهرباء صيني من الدرجه السيئه والبلاط إلى يجمع الغبار للأسف حسيبهم رب العباد.
ماتكمل سنتين غير وانت جايب سباك وكهربائي وأخذ صيانه على شقتك بسعر وقدرو غير أقساط البنك.
النقطه الاساسيه والغير مريحه جدا جدا أصوات الجيران كأنهم معاك في الشقه.

From experience, I do not recommend in high-end buildings
Reason
1: There is no sound insulation in high-end buildings, and you can hear your neighbors in the floors and above and below you, knowing that Zamzami high-end apartments are not cheap and there is this very uncomfortable defect.
2: Plumbing and electrical tools are Chinese of bad grades, and tiles that collect dust, unfortunately, are their reckoning, the Lord of the servants.
You don't complete two years unless you bring a plumber and an electrician and take maintenance on your apartment at a price and estimated other than the bank installments.
The main point and very uncomfortable is the sounds of the neighbors as if they are with you in the apartment.
