وبالرغم من هبوط الأسعار في جميع مناطق المملكة الا انهم متمسكون بعدم التخفيض، والعمارة أصبح بها عدد من الوحدات فارغة وهذا مستغرب
والسبب راجع لكون العاملين بالشركة موظفين وليس لديهم اي مرونة في التعامل ولا يوجد لديهم اهتمام سواء فقدت الشركة مستأجرين ام لا.
كما أن مسئول العمارة يقوم بالتوسط لأهل ديرته لتسكينهم الايجار اقل بالرغم من رفضه عرض بعض السكان الاستئجار بسعر اعلى
