M	Marshall SA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظف يقولي في صيانة بالنظام مع أنه السكيورتي قال في عطل بالنظام وغير كذا مافيه ارقام انت بس ادخل والله يسهلك لي الحين اكثر من ساعة المشكلة لو كلام الموظف صح كيف في صيانه بوسط الدوام وبوسط الاسبوع؟ المهم رفعت عليهم شكوى بخصوص سالفة الصيانة وبخصوص الارقام وقالي موظف الشكاوى بنرفع طلب نتأكد من انه كان في صيانة بذاك الوقت او لا وفوقها ولا يسألون العملاء وش عندهم كذا قاعدين قدام اجهزتهم يضغطون في ايش والنظام عطلان انا ما ادري الصراحة طبعا هاذي ثاني مره اجيهم اول مره لما جيتهم فيها كان في زحمة والموظف الي عند الباب مو السكيورتي يقولي روح شوف بنك ثاني! لا يشيخ؟ عشان مو راضيين تمشون الناس تروحون تصرفونهم لبنك ثاني ؟ جديدة ذي! The employee tells me that there is maintenance in the system, even though he is my security. He said that there is a malfunction in the system and other than that, there are no numbers. You just come in, and God will help you for more than an hour. The problem is if the employee’s words are true, how can I maintain it in the middle of work and in the middle of the week? The important thing is that I filed a complaint against them regarding the previous maintenance and regarding the numbers, and the complaints officer told me to raise a request to make sure that there was maintenance at that time or not and above it, and they do not ask customers what they have like this. When I came to them, it was crowded, and the employee at the door was not my security, telling me to go see a second bank! Not getting old? Because you are not satisfied with people, do you go to a second bank? The new!

I entered the branch and approached one guy at 4 pm (45 mins still for off) and i just looked at him and he started saying, this system is down since morning i cannot help you , i did even asked him what i want to get infotmation for. I was amazed by this guys laziness. Please close this branch if you dont want to serve the client. I walked 15mins in sharp sunlight to hear this that system is down do even tey to talk to me. He started advising me dont vist us vist any other branch.
