★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحة بدأ الموضوع يزيد عن حده مافي اهتمام في العميل ابدا وشكاويه. العاملات كانهم هما المالكين لشركة راحة يتصرفوا بكيفهم ما يبغوا احد يكلمهم اخلاقهم صفر. يطلعوا وقت ما يبغوا يطلعوا من البيت ويوقفوا تنظيف وقت ما يبغوا. ما يحبوا يشتغلوا ابدا. لاحظت كلهم حتى مو اغلبيتهم كلهم كذا من ٤ سنين واحنا مع راحة اخر سنه ب زيادة مرا. كانهم ما بيعلموا العاملات مافي نظام ينبهوا العاملات لانهم بيتصرفوا على كيفهم ومزاجهم. شركة ما انصح فيها ابدا. التطبيق والرقم مافي اي فايدة منه. حتى تقييم العاملة ما بياخذوه بعين الاعتبار لانه التقييم يعتمد فقط على تغيير العاملة لدرجة العاملة تطلب بنفسها قيميني واحد وغيريني. ف استهتار. انتبهوا من التعامل مع الشركة مافي احد تراجعوا عنده وتناقشوه عن هذي المواضيع.

The female workers are as if they are the owners of a comfort company, they act as they are, and they do not want anyone to talk to them. Their morals are zero. They go out whenever they want, they leave the house and stop cleaning whenever they want. They never like to work. I noticed all of them, even not, most of them are all like this from 4 years ago, and we are resting for the last year, with more and more. It is as if they do not teach the workers, there is no system, they alert the workers because they act according to how they are and their mood. A company I would never recommend. The application and the number are of no use. Even the employee’s evaluation is not taken into consideration, because the evaluation depends only on changing the worker’s degree to the degree of the worker. P contempt. Beware of dealing with the company, as there is no one to consult with him and discuss these issues with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتبي معهم سيئة أخذت عاملة مقيمة على أساس مكتوب في التطبيق عندها خبرة سنة طلعت توها جديدة مشيت الموضوع كملت شهر تمام بعدها صارت تتأفف وتنافخ ولا تهتم بالنظافة وتضرب عن العمل وخدمة العملاء أسوء مايكون مافيه رقم للشكاوي وان رفعت شكوى في التطبيق يصرفونك واحيانا يغلقونها بدون حل.
السوق مليان بدائل أفضل منكم
ماأنصح أحد بالتعامل معهم أسعارهم غالية بدون جودة ولا فيه أي مهنية عندهم
My experience with them was bad. I took a resident worker on a written basis in the application. She has a year’s experience, she just came out with a new one. I walked the issue, a full month later, she became sullen and bloated, and did not care about hygiene, and hit work and customer service. The worst thing is that there is no number for complaints, and if you file a complaint in the application, they dismiss you and sometimes they close it without a solution.
The market is full of better alternatives than you
I would not advise anyone to deal with them, their prices are expensive without quality and there is no professionalism for them

وأيضاً ردود المراجعين كلها سلبيه عدا واحد وهو للاسف الوحيد اللي ردت عليه الشركه قائلةً (شكراً نحن في خدمتك)
هذا يبين انهم ماعندهم استعداد لإستماع شكاوى العملاء وإيجاد الحلول المناسبه وتلافي الأخطاء.
Dealing with them is very tiring and everyone testifies to that!!!
Also, the responses of the reviewers are all negative except for one, which is unfortunately the only one to which the company replied, saying (Thank you, we are at your service).
This shows that they are not ready to listen to customer complaints, find appropriate solutions and avoid errors.
