الغامدي للتمليك حق أبو رافع و درة التمليك حق أخوه افضل منه .
لي تجربة مع رافع للتمليك ودرة التمليك والاخير افضل من كل النواحي.
I do not advise them to be late in handing over the apartment and they did not calculate the same fee for each month of delay like other real estate developers..
