★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service I got from this place. Usually I do service in Ford Service center in Khurais road. But this time I had bad experience in quick lane dabab street.. They wantedly forced me to do engine flush and engine fuel injection cleaner which is not covering in Ford free service. They charged me 400sar(200sar for flush and 200sar for fuel injection) and 250sar as spare cost of above two. Initially I refused to add any extra from free service, but they added extra to get money from me. Cheated... I came to know that they are charged 200 sar +, 200sar as a handling charge after I forced him to give split up for the total amount. Cheated.. Be carefull if they ask charge for any extra service which is not under regular free maintenance service plan. They have not even washed the car after service, usually you get car washed condition in Khurais branch. No greace applied in door locks and bonnet lock even I asked with technician. They are only in the aim of getting money from other than free services. Please visit Authorized service center located in Khurais road instead this Quick Lane..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supervisor Leo never answer calls. I need to check some prices. Poor customer service. Visted for oil and filter change they asked me to come next day although center was not busy. Next day they took 4 hours in off peak hours for only oil and filter change. Very slow service and front desk dont know English. Had tough time.
