★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Kitchenette is available with a microwave, 2 burner stovetop, refrigerator, and a sink. There are dishes or cookware, so you need to get your own if you plan to prepare meals. There is also a clothes washing machine in the room. I would be happy to stay here again if I come back to Abha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's new and rooms are perfect, you will find everything in the room, just come with your clothes and have a comfortable stay. I took a two bedroom suite, rooms are big and very well maintained and clean. Every room has a TV, beds are comfortable. Small kitchen with hot plate, electric kettle fridge, washing machine and dining table adds comfort to your stay. Location is also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Big thank you to Ahmed the receptionist. The only disadvantage would be that it's located a bit far from the main attractions but it was ok for us as additional 10-15 min drive wasn't a big deal.

It's new and very pleasant ambience and fragrance in entire hotel.
The kitchenette was very nice and even had a coffee machine and they gave complimentary coffee capsules which we enjoyed.
There is kids club which is suitable entertainment for young kids but gym has yet to be inaugurated and there is no hotel bar or room service currently available.
