★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالتعامل معه وخاصة الملقب بأبي وليد حيث تعاملت معه لعزل استراحة ودفعت له عشرة الآف ولم يعمل الابعد سنة مع كثرة المكالمات والرسائل وجاء للعمل بعد سنة ولم يكمل العمل وبقي مبنى ٤٠٠ متر وقال : الدفعة الثانية فقلت له : اكمل العمل ومتر وأعطيك المبلغ وتركني واكلمه فلم يستجيب وابحث كفيله الشتوي فلم اجده ولم يعطني رقمه وقال ؛ انا المسؤول عن كل شيء ولن يكلمك الكفيل ولن أعطيك الرقم والآن بصدد رفع دعوى عليه وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل.
