At the outset, I would like to thank the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect him, and His Highness, Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, may God protect him, for the leadership of women made many things easier, and I thank the Prince of Qassim region Faisal bin Mishaal, may God prolong his life for the opening of the driving school. The place is equipped with all kinds of required services, from comfortable waiting sessions, a toilet, good lighting, and wonderful reception staff, in addition to some wonderful trainers in dealing, explaining and comforting the trainees, among whom I would like to thank Souad Al-Falih, Fatima Al-Salihi and Hind Al-Dosari for your efforts and keenness to deliver the information in a good manner The bad thing is that some of the trainers are late for the scheduled date for the trainee ?? With regard to communication with the school, it is very, very bad. When a message arrives in the email, I wanted to change the hours, and when the message was sent, there was no response, and my mobile number was contacted only once! And when I called back to the same number, there was a reply to me, and the message was sent before the end of the specified period, and when the email arrived, I tried to open the link and an error appeared. Social media answered my inquiries at that time, but this was the thing that bothered me the most ? The rest of the things were good I would like to be an employee in the school to serve the trainees so that inquiries are answered quickly and smoothly ?? Alhamdulillah for everything..
