There is no service for five people in a room, you do not know how to move in the room, you do not know how to pray in the room, far from the Haram..on the other is a bad choice..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever , I had a booking for a single room for one person ,they provide me a room with five single beds and there was no space to move around, They don't even provide basic facilities No wifi,No handwash or soap available,no tissue in washroom ,no towels provided ,I open the closet and I find there a fridge plugged out ,wasn't working may be from years ,smells like ****. The mattress on the bed is literally of the worst quality,harder than a stone ?.
there is no phone provided to contact the reception about room service or any other concern.
Complained at the reception,but they don't pay any attention. Got my money succesfully wasted as I pay 150 sr per day.
