★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اقمت لمدة شهر في شقة لم تكن مهواة و كان هناك تسريب للمياه من عند المكيف بالصالة اضطررنا لتغير الشقة بعد اصرارنا على التغير مع موظف الاستقبال...موظف الاستقبال لم يكن جيد معنا... الاسرة غير مريحة و الصوفا كذلك

وبخيلين جدا والاداره بشكل عام لا يشجع على الاقامه عندهم

اخذنا غرفتين ودورتين مياه وصاله بسعر ٢٠٠ ريال بتاريخ١٠/١٠
يحتاج فقط الى مايكرويف و إضافة أواني للبوفيه وإضائه للبوفيه و السرير يحتاج تجديد
A good place overall, clean and a very reasonable price
We took two rooms, two toilets and a hall for 200 riyals on 10/10
It only needs a microwave, adding utensils for the buffet, lighting it for the buffet, and the bed needs a renewal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سئ مشي حالك ونظافه واهتمام ما في وتنظيف الغرف كأنك تشحتهم ولا تعقيم ويكنس الغرف بمكنسة يدوية مش نظيفه والسجاد مش نظيف
والنت يطفونه نص اليوم وإذا قلتلهم يشغلونه و٥ دقايق ويطفونه وأحيانا يقول لا ما بشغله الحين وفوق ذا كذابين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق ضيقة والاسنسير ضيق جدا ولا يستوعب الكرسي المتحرك.. والمصعد على كلامهم غير مأمون.. استأجرت شقتين وبعد الوصول طلبو ان نكون في الدور الارضي في شقة اصغر من التي تم حجزها لان الاصنصير غير مضمون لان معنا كبير سن على عربة ويحتاج الاصنصير في الطلوع والنزول.. وبعد ساعة ذهبت للبحث عن شقق اكبر وعند اخبارهم الخروج بعد ساعتين رفضو اعادة حتى جزء من مبلغ الشقتين بعذر انه تم توقيع العقد.. مع العلم اني اجبرت على الخروج بسبب عدم ضمان اشتغال الاصنصير على كلامهم.. ولكن الله يسامحهم وجعلها دفعة بلا عن الشايب

I rented two apartments and after arriving they asked us to be on the ground floor in an apartment smaller than the one that was booked because the caravan is not guaranteed because we have an old age on a carriage and needs to go out ... and after an hour I went to search for bigger apartments and when I told them to leave after two hours, they refused to return even part of the sum of the two apartments with the excuse that the contract had been signed ... bearing in mind that I was forced to leave due to the lack of guarantee that the Asasir would work on their words .. But God forgives them and made it a payment without any Al-Shaib
