★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعاملت معهم عن طريق الموقع الاكتروني وبصراحة وصفهم للمنتج بالموقع نفس اللي شريته وشميته ... حصل موقف انا اللي تسببت فيه للامانه وكان بيأخر طلبي واتصلت على رقمهم وصلحوا الغلط اللي انا متسبب فيه وفوق هذا ارسلولي هديه بعد .. شكرا للمصداقية وشكرا لحسن الاخلاق والتعامل
والله يوفقهم ويرزقهم ان شاء الله .. بس كان عندي ملاحظه جدا بسيطه على دهن تركيبه التركان الخاصه ياليت تخلونه تركان صافي بدون اي اضافات وشكرا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جئت المحل من مسافة بعيدة، لعلي أجد مطلوبي من العطور أو الأدهان التي تعجبني، فقابلني أخ فاضل فبدأنا بعمليات العرض من نوع لنوع، فلما لم يعجبني منها شيء بدا على البائع التذمر، فتوقفت عن طلب شيء آخر لأشمه، وأخذت شيئا منها مجاملة، ولم أكمل طلب عطر بعده،،
فأتمنى يكون هنالك سعة صدر، وتقبل رأي العملاء، فالأذواق تتفاوت، والمعروض في المتجر كثير -اللهم بارك- يتطلب الروية في الانتقاء والاختيار،

و خشب العود وصفه دقيق بل قد يكون الوصف في بعض الأحيان أقل مما يستحق من باب الاحتياط،
و التركيبات في المجمل جيدة، و بعضها رائع و فائق الجمال.
أما العطور في الحقيقة جربت منهم عطرين و عينة جاءتني هدية كلها لم تناسب ذائقتي و هذا لا يقدح فيها فلعلها تناسب غيري
سرعة الشحن و تجاوب خدمة العملاء و خدمات مابعد البيع جدأ رائعة
