 I am one of the patients of this center, and I underwent two open-heart surgeries.

مواعيدهم بعيده جدا وعدم الالتزام بالوقت في الدخول إلى الطبيب الموعد الساعه ٢:١٥ظ ودخلت الساعه ٥:٢٠عصرا وبعدالكشف لايوجد موضفي مواعيد ولا صيدليه عليك الرجوع في يوم اخر ... الانتظار للنساء زحمه ... خدمه ليست على اسم المستشفى
Suffering him every time!!
Their appointments are too far away and the lack of commitment to the time in entering the doctor. The appointment is at 2:15 pm and I entered at 5:20 pm. After the examination, there are no appointments or a pharmacy. You have to return on another day ... Waiting for women is crowded ... A service that is not in the name of the hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ١) الحصول على موقف للسياره يُعد من اصعب الامور ان لم تكن من المستحيلات.
٢) موظفو الاستقبال يحتاجون الى دورات وتدريب على اسلوب التعامل من انماط المراجعين ووضع مشرفين عليهم او على الاقل وضع رقم عليه تطبيق واتساب لتقديم الاقتراحات والشكاوى واقترح ايضا وضع جهاز تقييم من قبل المراجعين بعد الانتهاء من الموعد لتقييم الخدمه والموظفين وبشكل عاجل.
٣) اماكن الانتظار تحتاج الى اعادة نظر في نوعية الكراسي وطريقة ترتيبها.
٤) الكوادر الطبيه والتمريض متميزين ومتعاونين لهم خالص الشكر والتقدير.
1) Getting a parking space is one of the most difficult, if not impossible, things.
2) Reception staff need courses and training on how to deal with the types of auditors and put supervisors on them, or at least put a number on the WhatsApp application to submit suggestions and complaints. I also suggested setting up an evaluation device by the auditors after the appointment has been completed to evaluate the service and staff and urgently.
3) Waiting places need to reconsider the quality of the chairs and the way they are arranged.
4) The medical and nursing staff are distinguished and cooperating with them. My sincere thanks and appreciation.
