يفتقد الجامع الى الترميم فهو شبه مهل منذ فترات طويلة
حتى ان السرحة التي في آخر الجامع اقفلت منذ فترة كما
ان ارتفاع الجامل يعيق بعض كبار السن عند الدخول
والخروج

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طراز قديم ودورات المياه قديمة زيحتاج لترميم والبلاط التي بجانبه تسبب اصابات لكبار السن حين يوجد بعض البلاط من الجهة الشمالية خارج المسجد هبوط في بلاط الرصيف من وقت السيل وحتى الان لم يعمل لها الصيانة اللازمة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقعه ليس على طريق الملك فهد بل على طريق الامير سلمان بن محمد وعلى طريق الملك عبدالله طريق الجنوب.
لي مدة ما صليت فيه لكنه قديم يحتاج إلى تجديد او صيانة..

صيانة عاجلة .صيانة شركة كبرى متهصصة في الترميمات .هذا الجامع سمي باسم رجل فاضل رحمه الله ومن البر أن يهتم ورثته أكثر بهذا الجامع.
