★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience, I was referred to this centre to obtain COVID-19 test. When i arrived there I explain to the receptionist that I have symptoms and I require a test. Then I was given a number and asked to wait in the car for my turn. An hour later I approached the receptionist and asked how far is my turn in the queue, the answer was there is 14 person ahead. I asked if it was ok to come back an hour later, the answer was yes that should be fine. When I come back I was asked to wait again since my number was called and I missed out. This wouldn’t have happened if the receptionist didn’t change and not only changed by gender but by attitude too. I was asked again to wait till everyone outside to go ahead of me and I wait again in the car. Over 48 hours gone passed by and results didn’t come through.
And the centre closed for the weekend so may not get the result until they re-open again.
Avoid and get your test with ana appointment at other facilities.
