★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza is fresh but the staff and the branch is pretty much dead. This Pizza Hut looks like it was built in the 90’s and hasn’t been upgraded since then. This is the second Pizza Hut Branch I’ve visited in Jeddah and both give sad unwelcoming vibes :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to pizza hut after a long time hopping it has the same happy vibe. Unfortunately very disappointed with the service. Service was horrific and the staff were very rude. He refused to give us fresh plates for pizza. We waited for the plates for fifteen mins till we received plates and pizza got cold. Chicken wings tasted like they were expired and the salad seemed old.
No wonder the name 'pizza hut" has lost its value.
Pizza hut should either buckle up and keep up with the competition or just close down with the little honor they have left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience is chill, relaxed, clean and quiet. Customer service is great, all staff are just polite and friendly. The Pizzas ? are sooo juicy ?loaded and delicious. They mostly have great deals for sharing. Favourite of the day was the seafood pizza with shrimp ? and tuna ?? make sure you try that.
