★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant smells horrible. Took them 30 mins to make the order while telling me it would take 10 mins. Also the order was wrong. In short, took them 1 hour to make 2 pizzas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a lower review; i have been to several pizza places in riyadh and considering as a restaurant as a whole; easily the worst restaurant.
1. Pizza was ok
2. Drinks were messed up and wheb i told the manager he accepted that the machine is broken (for mountain dew)
3. Lasania was so disgusting my famiky left it as is.. blant stale taste.
4. Salad bar was stale; defrosted potatoes and the most disgusting macroni taste you will experience
5. Cleanliness was 1/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, take orders very late that to have to remind at least 2 times, then as usual delay in getting food, those people doesn't have sense, if starters are ordered they should get the starters firs then the main course. They bring all the food together and dump on the table. Its your choice eat or leave by paying it full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Pizza Hut branch is not up to the mark!. Service was very slow. The promised time for my order to be completed was 15 minutes and they took 30 minutes to complete my order. There was just ONE cook in the kitchen trying to prepare more than 4-5 customer orders. There was a point went some of the customers got frustrated. The cashier(Shiva) was unprofessional. To be honest,this was the WORST pizza hut branch I have been too.There are very limited parking spaces. So finding a parking in front of this Pizza hut branch could be a challenge. This branch only has FAMILY SECTION seating area. But on the bright side, the pizza,wedges and hot wings were amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIZZA HUT generally is a very good in taste and customer service, but Last night I visited in Prince Turki Bin Awal Road brand (Intersection with King Abdullah Road) Flavour was good but customer service is too bad, They didn't have a tissue paper is toilet and while restaurant was seems messy. Prefer not to go that branch. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved what they do at Pizza Hut. This one is probably a little different as it's slightly in a less crowded area. Well, I think when I was there anyway.
The food is excellent, what you come to expect from Pizza hut. The Cheasy garlic bread is always a delight. The spicy chicken rolls look good as well as taste. The presentation, although standard pizza hut, is delightful.
The super Supreme is always the best in class.
