I've been applying for a tourist visa to the Philippines since June 5 & it's been the worst experience ever. You can't even enter the embassy for assistance without appointments & no appointments are even available online. Most of the phone numbers are useless. I've sent several emails now & no response yet. Thank you for making me feel unwelcomed & ignored

Blessed morning. I went early in the embassy today for walk in passport renewal and to my surprise, the guard approached me and told me that the embassy is closed on Tuesdays and it’s been that way for a year now, he even asked me why I’m not aware, I said because it’s not even advised in google map or in the embassy’s website. I think they should make appropriate advisory regarding this, to avoid inconvenience. The advisory was posted, practically in the embassy’s entrance and not in any website associated with them. Thanks alot.

Very poor performance for all staff, in step 4 encoding there is 4 window and only 2 are working, also it takes 3 hours before they call your number, just because they have to finish first all kadama applicants. Very Bad experience, also outside you need to wait for atlis 1 hour just to come inside they priority is foreign nationals, for visa, also they will release the passport 45days, is this the way you call the OFW bagong bayani???? Wow

After years of not coming here, I was surprised to see the development of our Embassy. Well, the very reason of coming here was to cast my vote for the 2022 National elections. Despite the long hours of waiting, long queue, I am happy how they handled the situation. They deserve an appreciation for being organized this time. It’s worth the wait because I have finally exercised my right to vote, again. But what caught my attention, to which I must say, a great work by the Ambassador, was the new Auxiliary Building(not sure if it is the right name). This was the open court where all Embassy events and gatherings are held. Now, this was transformed into a covered facility. I’m happy to see this kind of development. Kudus to Ambassador Adnan Alonto!
