وتأتي التوسعة الجديدة على مساحة قدرها 15.000 متر مربع التي بدأتها في العام2014 لتبلغ المساحة الكلية لاستثمارات بترا الهندسية في المدينة الاقتصادية أكثر من 40.000 متر مربع. وقد بدأت بترا الهندسية عملياتها عام 2013م في المدينة الاقتصادية، على أرض مساحتها 25.000 متر مربع، وبعد عام واحد بدأت الشركة في توسيع عملياتها على مساحة إضافية قدرها 15.000 متر مربع ضمن خططها التوسعية.
King Abdullah Economic City announced that Petra Engineering Industries continues to implement its expansion plans, as the company recently expanded its factory in the Industrial Valley to raise production capacity and export its products to Europe and the United States of America. Petra is a leading company in the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment industry, and one of the largest investor groups in the Industrial Valley.
The new expansion comes on an area of 15,000 square meters, which it started in 2014, bringing the total area of Petra Engineering investments in the economic city to more than 40,000 square meters. Petra Engineering started its operations in 2013 in the Economic City, on a land area of 25,000 square meters, and after one year the company began expanding its operations on an additional area of 15,000 square meters as part of its expansion plans.
