★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store design is very aesthetic. But not sure the glass display cases are the best environment for keeping the cats or rabbits.
Many fish tanks but all containing the same breed of fish. Nothing unique or interesting. Very limited in tanks and tank accessories.
They have a very large range of products and cater for cats and dogs well. However, staff is not helpful and don’t seem to know much about what is the best product to suggest for your needs.
Overall a beautiful store to look at but overly priced and requires self-service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for Spacious, windowed rooms that house rabbits, cats, birds and dogs. The little habitat spaces were not overcrowded at all and the animals looked well.
The staff at the store were friendly and helpful.
Lost 2 stars for staff that were not knowledgeable at all about animals and they had no idea about the breeds of animals and they didn't handle the animals as recommended. Also the staff all had their masks around their chins. They were low in stock of feed items as well but they advised me about the arrival date of the next delivery. They also had no idea that the store they worked for had a website where you could order items online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the lay out of there store its look like a mini zoo. But they did not have more selection in every animals they sell, there products is quite expensive. I don’t know if this really a price in the market or we can find more much cheaper offer in the other pet shop.
The quality of the pets accessories is a little bit lower and i think it didn’t match on RSP they put.
Like for example on the pet bed they sell for 300+ something but the fabric is not 70% cotton mx with 30% polyester but its a little bit pricey.
FYI; they do not sell the adult(dog, cat, bird). Its just for display or maybe for breeding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have products for many animals like cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, and fish.
They bathe your pet and cut their nails/claws. Unfortunately they don't have medical services or cutting hair. The place is really well decorated and the staff are kind and friendly the place is organized well but the prices are very high kitten as high as SR1850 or more. The food is in reasonable prices. It is good at all.
