ولكن الموظفات يقعدون يراقبونك 3 كأنك حرامي جاي تسرق … ياخي اذا خايفين من السرقه اعرضوا التيستر فقط و اتركوا البضاعة في المخزن

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رفض الاسترجاع ضمن المده المسموحه والمكتوبه على الفاتوره 72 ساعه ، اسلوب unprofessional وغير مؤدب واسئله متكرره عن سبب الاسترجاع والزبون مش مضطر يذكر السبب وكأنها محاولات تكذيب او اجبار على التبديل ، اذا زبائنكم قلال وما بتصدقو حد يشتري وما بدكم ترجعو لا تحطو استرجاع من الاصل !!!
خلوني احكي مع اكتر من موظفه واجبروني احكي مع موظفه اللي باعتني من الاصل عتلفون مع اني رفضت لانو لازم هيه توافق عالترجيع بالاول ، وبدورها حكت مده الترجيع خلصت مع انو التاريخ والوقت علفاتوره بثبت انو ما خلص وبعدها كذبت وحكت اني استرجعت ثلاث مرات ! وطبعا قصدها اني غيرت رأيي مرتين داخل المحل وكأنو لازم تختار نوع واحد وما تحتار !! اسلوب اذلال وعلى شو على علبه عطر ب 600 ريال ،وبالاخير بيجي موظف بفتحها وبحكيلي مفتوحه ولازم تبخ هوا اول وتحقيقات ! وبلغتو انو موظفتو فتحت عطر ورشتلي منو ورجعت لصقتو مشان ما في تستر ! قال خلص رجعيه عحسابي ورفضت وبدي اخد العطر وحكتلو رح اشتكي المحل, بثانيه صار الترجيع وقتها ومن تم ساكت !!
يعني ما في امانه بالمحل بتاخد عطر ممكن يكون مستعمل كتستر كذا مره وملصق .
في محلات كتير professional اكتر والعطر عندهم نفس اسعار باريس جاليري وغيرو !

Humiliation style, and what is on a perfume box for 600 riyals, and in the end, an employee comes to open it and tell me it is open, and you must spray it first and investigate! You reported that your employee opened a perfume, sprayed it with me, and came back and stuck it in for no cover up! He said, "It's over my account, and I refused, and I wanted to take the perfume, and I told him, I would complain to the shop. In a second, the reversal took place at that time, and whoever was silent!!"
I mean, it is not safe in the store to take a perfume that could be used as a cover up and a sticker.
There are many more professional stores and they have the same prices as Paris Gallery and Jero!
