★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رائع جدا . الاسعار ممتازة على طول السنه ، المبني والاثاث قديم شوي لكن النظافة والصيانه تغطي على هذه المشكله ، مقارنة ببقية الشقق المفروشة المجاورة يعتبر الافضل من ناحية معقولية المستوى والاسعار ، لي معهم اكثر من ثلاث سنين ، تعامل الناس جدا راقي ويحاولون يخدمونك باللي يقدرون عليه ، كل العاملين محترمين وتعاملهم ممتاز سواء سعودي او غير سعودي ، حتى عمال النظافة رائعين ، من خبرة طويله معهم اعطيتهم الخمس نجوم بدون تردد ولو فيه اكثر لكنت اعطيتهم ، بالتوفيق يا شباب الله يزيدكم من فضله .

The prices are excellent all year round, the building and the furniture are a little old, but the cleanliness and maintenance cover this problem, compared to the rest of the neighboring furnished apartments, it is the best in terms of the reasonableness of the level and prices, I have been with them for more than three years. They are respectful and their dealings are excellent, whether Saudi or non-Saudi, even the cleaners are wonderful. From a long experience with them, I gave them five stars without hesitation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a decent property about 15 mins drive from king khalid international airport. Its a nice choice to book if you have a considerable time difference between your connecting flights. If you are not using rent-a-car services then remember to pre-book your ride during critical hours as finding a cab late night till early morning may be an issue.
