★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low service standards! I've ordered two custom packs of chocolate as a gift, 2kg as total, and the guy there was throwing it away untidily until I made a notice. He wasn't convinced that these can't be tide as these were custom made! Sorting out the chocolate packs again didn't take 5 mins of him.

Staff are not well capable, very weak knows of products and very low hospitality.
Furthermore, ready made gifts and arrangements are very bad quality too with low variety.
And this not from one visit but for two visits this month.
To bad today that is patchi that we know.
Definitely there are other chocolate shops with a very higher quality staff knowledge and better arrangements.
Sorry to name others here, but it is good for other customers to know: anni and danni, anoosh and bostani these are the go for a med range chocolate gifts.
Definitely patchi can be placed with low range or even at a lower level.
I have to check another branch for a further review.
But this branch is definitely not a go to shop for your needs.
