There’s no doubt that PATCHI is probably amongst the best chocolate shops in Saudi Arabia. However having visited quiet a few stores, I feel there is one constant amongst all of them - very poor customer service.
The salesmen don’t care about you. They don’t respond to your questions correctly, they’re least interested in helping you find something which you like, at this outlet the salesman was stressing on the price and showing the price tag (he probably thought I couldn’t afford it) which was rather humiliating.
This is where PATCHI has let its customers down, while also creating space for competitors to take notice and gain an edge.
