★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمات الالكترونية سهلت الكثير على الناس ولكن تجد من الموظفين من ينكد عليك هذا التسهيل.. التعامل مع الناس فن يحتاج للتدريب وصقل المهارات.. الابتسامة مفقودة والتعامل جلف لا يليق بهم كمسلمين قبل أن يكونوا موظفين لخدمة الناس.. الله يوفق الجميع لكل خير.
 E-services have made it easier for people, but you will find some employees who despise you with this facilitation.. Dealing with people is an art that needs training and skills refinement.. the smile is missing and dealing with impoliteness is not worthy of them as Muslims before they are employees to serve people.. God bless everyone with all the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشكرهم على حسن التعامل والسلاسة والسرعه واخص بالشكر مدير شؤون المقيمين العقيد حسين منصور خماش الرجل اللذي قليل يجلس في مكتبه بسسب سؤاله للمراجعين مايحتاجون والرد على استفساراتهم بكل رحابه صدر وتقدير الظروف
I thank them for their good handling, smoothness and speed, and especially the director of resident affairs, Colonel Hussein Mansour Khamash, the man who sits little in his office because of his question to the visitors what they need and responds to their inquiries with openness and appreciation of the circumstances

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف غير متعاونين نهائيا . راجعتهم بسبب مشكله ويقول لي عن طريق ابشر والخدمه ما قد فعلت على ابشر وترددت عليهم اكثر من ٣ ايام وللاسف دخلت علي مدير القسم والموظف والاستقبال وما فيه فايده كل واحد يرسلني علي الثاني
وفي النهاية راجعت فرع جوازات جدة وانهيت المشكلة في اقل من دقيقتين من عند موظف الاستقبال بضغطة زر فقط
Unfortunately, they are completely uncooperative. I went to them because of a problem, and he told me through Absher and the service what I had done on Absher, and I frequented them for more than 3 days.
In the end, I went to the Jeddah Passports branch and finished the problem in less than two minutes from the receptionist with just the push of a button

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is no joke. You better be ready and have all your stuff prepared. No english signs, no english speaking, no english help. Typical saudis cutting in line, 5 guys standing at the desk, and no one waiting for their number (besides the foreigners). If you are well prepared the service is quick and efficient, if not good luck and enshallah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Visiting Visa Extension Applicant Should Take Prior Appointment Through Absher Application Or Else Security May Not Allow To Enter Into The Office,
The Office Visit Should Be On Or One Day Before The Expiry Date Of Valid Visa,
They Will Give An Application Form From The Office(which is available online also) Which Should Be Filled In Arabic,
The Extension Of The Visit Visa Will Be For Another 3 More Months.
