★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management ever, اسوء ادارة ..يأخرونك في الخروج من المواقف ويحسبون عليك وقت اضافي او ساعة جديدة وانت في طابور السيارات في الخروج..يقدروا يوفروا موظفين يخلصون حسابك وانت في الطابور قبل ماتخرج..تروح تبغى تتفاهم مع الادارة يقولك هذا القانون لازم ادفع ساعة زيادة عشان تأخيرهم في الخروج
 Worst management ever, the worst management.. they delay you in getting out of the parking lot and they charge you an extra time or a new hour while you are in the queue of cars to get out.. they can provide employees to clear your account while you are in the queue before you leave.. An extra hour to delay their exit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For people want the VIP, I would recommend checking P3 as ratio for the money paid to the service is more convenient. The only reason I chose VIP is my auntie who can not walk, which if I went to P3 I could have found HAYAK the wheelchair and strollers service.
The directions to enter the place is not helpful.
When you purchase the ticket the benefits are not there, as I had to call and ask about number of people including.
The people were polite except one who was insisting we had one ticket for two cars.
