★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good day. We visited a Panda branch in Olaya Talatheen and we encountered a very rude and with big attitude staff in the entrance door name Abdullah Ratif. When we about to enter the store he told and instructed us to put mask on in a loud and very bad manner. He even gave me his name and told me he is not afraid if I make complaint. This person should be reprimanded and should know his place in dealing with customers. Very poor and bad customer service except for those staff who doing things right.
