★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in (ozone TAIF KSA). The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in (ozone TAIF KSA). Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to be honest and my experience with ozone wasn't the best. The food was subpar and not to mention cold. The staff were very unfriendly and lastly we didn't even get the food we ordered. Sad to say but not worth the trouble going to eat there. You might have a better chance of getting good food at McDonald's. Sorry ozone you need to do better next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inconvenient place, no one will come and take our orders, we should write down and go to cashier and that girl in the cashier is only good with Saudi customers ?? but food is delicious! Please try to keep the staff who is good with all residents and not just with Saudi Residents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate on May 30, 2022 in this restaurant. It was my friends birthday so we came to celebrate here. Food taste okay. Waiters are good but the person working in the CASHIER is VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNFAIR. She was ONLY nice with the SAUDI customers. BECAUSE OF HER, OUR APPETITE FOR THE FOOD WAS RUINED. SHE NEEDS TO LEARN SOME COURTESY, FAIRNESS & IMPROVE HER ENGLISH SPEAKING ?? OMG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is for people who love Asian cuisine. It’ll be enjoyed by family, group of friends, or any thing that calls for celebrations.
I’m giving 4 stars for the food taste, presentations and serving size which are fairly priced.
3 stars for the settings and interiors of the place.
The cashier ( the regular/ old employee not the trainee) was a little arrogant and unaccommodating but the waiters were nice.
But none the less, we enjoyed the food and cocktails over laughters and friendship.
