★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good hotel.. Very neat and clean rooms.. I stayed 1 wk for umrah purpose... Its near to haram.. Within 1 km, we will not get wifi in room.. Wifi only in reception... That's good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet connection not stable. And there is no working refrigerator, ac remote in some room. And some lift button not even works. And some people even smoking in the hall way. The cold water not working. There too many fly in the room and in the important place. And there is some weird smell. On there.
The only good thingbfor this hotel is near the masjidil al-haram

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An average hotel.... Not that much good... But not that bad when compared to some other hotels... It is an old building.. So it is reflecting on entire structure... Especially the washrooms... The mess is very congested... Limited space...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room's window opened to theri dumpster. I could smell bin s smell on 5th floor.
Didn't provide us with ac or tv remotes.
Lifts were crowded and 2 lifts were not enough.
Couldn't get wifi in the room so we had to sit in the common room near reception on ground floor.
Bathroom s entrance tile was broken. We had to make sure we didn't put leg on that edgy part.
Room service never come by themselves. I had to shout finally to get cleaning done.
Mostly, there was nobody at reception area when you want things done.
It wasn't that near or that far. So mostly
