★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وصلتني تزكية للمكان من قبل أحد الزملاء، حيث أردنا حجز قاعة اجتماعات لقائدات الفريق وعليه تم التواصل مع المكان لمعرفة الأسعار وحجز المكان في التاريخ المرغوب.
بعد الاستفسار كان الجواب أن حجز القاعة لمدة ٤ ساعات لعشرة أشخاص تساوي ٢٠٠٠ ريال سعودي شامل مقدم القهوة والشاهي وبعض الخدمات مثل شاشة عرض وغيره.
للأسف منسق خدمة العملاء يفتقر إلى المهارات الأساسية في التواصل والترحيب واتهمني فجأة بعد سؤاله عن كيفية نطق اسم المكان وأصحابه بعدم مصداقيتي في الحجز وأن سبب الاتصال كان بهدف البحث وجمع معلومات من السوق!! فكان أسلوبه دون المستوى المقبول وغير أخلاقي البتة. وحتى عند التوضيح له أن السبب هو الحجز فقط كان مصرًا على موقفه الغير الاحترافي.
I received a recommendation for the place by a colleague, as we wanted to reserve a meeting room for the team leaders, and accordingly, we contacted the place to find out the prices and book the place on the desired date.
After inquiring, the answer was that reserving a room for 4 hours for ten people is equal to 2000 Saudi riyals, including the coffee and tea provider and some services such as a display screen and others.
Unfortunately the customer service coordinator lacks basic skills in communication and welcoming and suddenly accused me after asking him about how to pronounce the name of the place and its owners of not being reliable in the reservation and that the reason for the contact was to search and collect information from the market !! His style was substandard and totally unethical. Even when explaining to him that the reason was reservation only, he was adamant in his unprofessional stance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رحته كزياره جميل المكان ومرتب و البيئة مرا مناسبة للعمل ، الفترة الي رحت فيها كان في هدوء فا اتوقع ان هادي ، بعض مكاتب فيها شبابيك وبعضها لا
I visited it as a visit, the place is beautiful and tidy, and the environment is not suitable for work. The period I stayed in was quiet, so I expect it to be quiet. Some offices have windows and some do not.
