★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنصح بالمحل جدا جدا والعاملين ايضا محترمين وخلوقين جدا.. مريت على المحلات الا جمبه.. اختلاف في السعر وكمان ياخدو وقت في العمل
ملاحظه مهمة... صيانتي للجهاز كانت في فترة العودة بعد كورونا.. يعني المحلات كلها ضغط وتاخد وقت بالايام لتسليمك الجهاز وبسعر غالي
طلبت تغيير الويندوز وفورمات للابتوب..
ماشا الله تبارك الله.. تم انجاز المهمة في نفس اليوم وحسب الوقت المتفق عليه وبسعر مناسب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف الشديد تعاملت معاهم وبعد التركيب ( خدمة ما بعد البيع جداً سيئه لأبعد الحدود ) وتجاهل للعميل رغم استلام المبلغ كامل وتواصلت معهم عدة مرات بسبب تعطل عمل كاميرا وعدم وزنهم كاميرات بشكل صحيح وكلمته وقتها ( يوم التركيب ) أنه يعدلها وقالي مشغول بعد يومين والى الآن مماطلني ٥ شهور وهم لاحس ولا خبر وإسم عاملهم المنافق أسامه و مالك وكلمني مديرهم ووعدني لكن وعودهم كاذبة ومخلفه واشهد الله على ما أقول رغم كتابة عاملهم بالفاتورة ( سند قبض ) ضمان للكاميرات لمدة سنتين وعقد صيانه سنة لكن بإذن الله بأقدم شكوى لوزارة التجارة وهي التي سوف تعاقبهم على عملتهم

I told him at the time (the day of installation) that he adjusts it and he said I am busy after two days and until now I am procrastinating 5 months and they have no feeling and no news and the name of their hypocritical worker Osama and Malik and their manager spoke to me and promised me but their promises are false and broken. God bears witness to what I say despite the fact that their worker wrote in the invoice (receipt deed) a guarantee for the cameras for two years and a maintenance contract for one year, but God willing I submit a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce and it will punish them on their currency
