★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنا أول مره اتعامل مع ثابت أبوزيد ونصحني فيه المهندس شمس، الرجل قمة في الأخلاق والرقي في التعامل. واشتغل في سيارتي بذمة واخلاص وكأنها سيارته الشخصية ومن النادر هالايام تلاقي مهندس بمثل هالمواصفات. الرجل صادق وكلمته واحده وراعاني في السعر كثير وفيه شغلتين طلعت لنا اثناء التصليح بدلها لي ولا زاد سعرها وقال لي انا معك على اتفاق السعر الاول ماراح ازيد عليك قيمة الشغل الاضافي بالرغم ان من حقه ياخذ اجر الشغل الاضافي.
بإذن الله الاصلاحات القادمه سواء لسيارتي او اي احد من اهلي بتكون عند المهند ثابت إن شاء الله.

This is the first time I have dealt with Thabet Abu Zayd, and he was advised by Eng. Shams. The man is of the highest morals and sophistication in dealing. I work in my car with integrity and sincerity, as if it were my personal car, and it is rare these days to meet an engineer with such specifications. The man is honest and his word is one and he took care of me in the price a lot and he has two jobs that came out to us during the repair, he replaced them for me and did not increase the price. He told me I am with you on the first price agreement. I will not increase the value of the additional work to you, although he has the right to take the wages of the additional work.
God willing, the next repairs, whether for my car or any of my family, will be with Al-Muhannad fixed, God willing.
