★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صحيح ان استقبالهم يشوش وانفسهم زينه ، لكني لا أنصح بهم أبدا
في زيارتي لهم قبل اشهر حولوني على ورشتهم الثانية في نفس الشارع ووجدت فيها فنيين غير جيدين
أما في زيارتي الأخيرة للورشة الأساسية في فبراير 2022
اضاعو يومين من وقتي وبالنهاية ذهبت لورشة أخرى شخصو المشكلتين واصلحوها خلال ساعات.
ولاحظت عليهم:
** عدم القدرة على تشخيص المشكلة واللجوء لأبسط الحلول وهو: جرب وتعال بعدين
** عدم تنفيذ جميع الاصلاحات والفحوصات المطلوبة بحجة نسينا
** التأخير وعدم الالتزام بالوقت
** يحسسونك انهم مشغولين جدا ومستعجلين جدا وغير فاضين لسماع التفاصيل الدقيقة
باختصار الورشة بحاجة لإدارة جيدة

When I visited them months ago, they transferred me to their second workshop on the same street, and I found no good technicians in it
As for my last visit to the basic workshop in February 2022
They wasted two days of my time and in the end I went to another workshop and they diagnosed the two problems and fixed them within hours.
They noted:
** The inability to diagnose the problem and resort to the simplest solutions: try and come later
** Not carrying out all the required repairs and checks on the pretext that we forgot
** Delays and lack of time commitment
** They make you feel that they are too busy, too hurry, and not empty to hear the finer details
In short, the workshop needs good management

ميكانيكا و كهرباء و سمكرة و بها مجموعة ممتازة و المدير ابو خالد السوري من أفضل من تتعامل معه بالسيارات و تأمنه على سيارتك. و المحاسب م. عثمان ابو محمد السوداني فني وراقي و متمكن من الصيانة بحرفية خبرة لا شك.
الخلاصة. ورشة متميزة و عمالة و فنيين ممتازين وإدارة طيبة و مالك الورشة ابو سليمان اللزام كفو ونشمي.
Lazam workshop is one of the best car maintenance center in Rass.

Othman Abu Muhammad Al-Sudani is a technical, sophisticated, and skilled technician, with undoubtedly experienced craftsmanship.
Conclusion. A distinguished workshop, excellent workers and technicians, good management, and the owner of the workshop, Abu Suleiman, Al-Azam.
