★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for the first time to see an Internist and I did not have my insurance card ..all I had was an image of the actual card on my phone.
The reception staff directed me to the insurance office on the second floor where an employee helped send the image to an internal e-mail and then he printed it.
Then I went back to the reception staff who made me an appointment right then and there !
I saw the doctor, received treatment, and got my prescription.
The question is.. Who many medical centres would have done the same as those extraordinary people did to help me?
I don't think many will do.
Outstanding service !!! Now that's what I call medical care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, and there is no staff will accommodate you, once you get the medical baladiya card there is no tracking record,
They will just saying words like maybe, or i don't know, not even sure answered to tell you. I don't know how they manage their staff why such things this happened. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dra. Reem is so considerate,humble,and most of all her diagnosis are precised and legit. She will give an appointment in urgent seeing what is the problem. She is such a wonderful dentist and actually hard to find now a days.
She is a dentist with a HEART and highly commendable.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service .I went to take my baladiya card for 3 times two weeks .They always tell me to come in 2 days but i didn't receive my baladiya card .When we call nobody receives the call .I m going there from very far distance and not able to get baladiya card . Careless service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class clinics,, everybody busy on their phone, no manners. After medical they forgot/ not submitted report.
They have a phone which they just receive & left & they could not feel when a expat worker for their ignorance, not go to work/( & the day will be unpaid).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist are busy with playing mobile even baladiya medical staff are busy with mobile. No one answering phone of visitors enquiry, they just received phone & kept phone hold.
Please management, request to remove staff like that, & teach them no one call for chatting, people are calling in urgent basis, so that will be good for your organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic today at around 10:00 pm. When I get in the one who responsible for checking of temperature and tawakalnna of patient who get in there clinic was busy using her mobile. The receptionist was not attentive as well even the waiting area for patient was not observe social distancing.The good thing is the General Physician was checking you well despite of many patient waiting on him.
