★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience in OMC. I went for a walk in at 3:45 PM for my wife ob-gyn .
After 2 hours we got the appointment with Dr Shahena and she told to have a blood test and utlra sound test.
After the approval the nurse told me that your approval has been approved and one test is not covered by insurance and u need to pay 200SR.
then i call BUPA and told abt ds, they said their is nothing like that ur approval has been approved for all test. After argument for serval times they said sorry.
When i went to lab they took blood test and said to collect the report after 3 days then i said what abt ultra sound, the nurse have given the report
only for blood test not for ultra sound she said in lab.
Plz be alert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMC is good for Gynaecology.. Dr.Shahena shafiq..
But we can't get appointment Easily.. We need to book atleast 1 week before
With out appointment we need to go before 9am in morning hours.
At evening hours need to go before 4 pm..
For appointments need to call and book.. After 12.30 pm to 4 pm they not ans for calls.. They should improve this...
Atleast need to spend 2hrs for visiting doctors and medical approvals..
Pharmacy is fast service they accept credit and depit cards.
Some times few things not comes in insurance coverage.. That should check with insurance section before buy in pharmacy..
Max time road will be traffic.. Better plan to go before 30 mins.
Parking lot is not enough.
Inside clinic WiFi avaialble..
Lab facilities need to improve.. They are taking 2 to 3 days for results..
Xray and scanning area are poor maintaining.. They are taking one day. After appointment also they are delay..
Upto 7months of pregnancy we can check there.. After they will transfer the treatment to other hospitals..
They are not doing delivery there.. Best for gynecology.. Dr.Shaheena..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience.
All the nurses are absolutely horrible. They were very rude, I didn't find any nurse being polite or helpful. We have to ask for each and everything, they are not there to guide us, seems they are not happy with the management. No token system which is rudimentary even in small clinics. Will never recommend anyone.
Finally got a better hospital. Aster Sanad, vary caring. You feel valued.
