No facilities (grocery or laundry) are near to the hotel.
المكان غير نظيف أبدا ... لا يوجد.مناديل او حتى صابون بالحمامات. ولا يوجد مغسلة او بقالة قريبة من الموقع .

The place is never clean ... no wipes or even soap in the bathrooms. There is no laundry or grocery store near the site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عن الذمه الغرف نظيفه وهدوء وجميله لكن انا جيت اخذت غرف عندهم ودفعت قيمة الغرفه وجلست فيها وطلعت اجيب عشى واغراض كامله بالغرفه اتفاجا بااتصال موظف يقول نقلنا اغراضك الى غرفه ثانية يعني دخل غرفتي مع ان المفتاح معي وشال جميع اغراض ونقلها لغرفه بالدور الي تحت بدون اي اتصال او اي خصوصية
The rooms are clean, quiet and beautiful, but I came to take rooms with them and paid the value of the room and sat in it and came out to get dinner and full items in the room. I was surprised by an employee’s call saying we moved your things to a second room. I mean, he entered my room even though the key was with me and he shawled all the things and moved them to the room downstairs without any communication or any privacy

اخذنا شقه من غرفتين وحمام وصاله ومطبخ
الاثاث غير نظيف والحمام والمطبخ كذلك
اضطرينا ناخذها لان كان فينا نوم والوقت متأخر
Firstly, the treatment of the receptionist was bad
We had a two-bedroom apartment, a bathroom, a hall and a kitchen
The furniture is not clean, the bathroom and the kitchen as well
We had to take it because we were sleeping and it was late
