First of all I am really upset about giving them a one star in the review but it's a must to click before I write my review. I have talked with Mr. Albaleeg Hamad on Wednesday about getting a visa for Spain. While we are discussing the requirements and procedures for the application, he went and booked an appointment for me. Surprisingly, the appointment was the day after which is Thursday. Although, I have told him the paperwork you asked for are not going to be ready within the next week. So now he's blaming me for wasting his time and money like literally something I did not ask him to do so. On the other hand I did not get angry or say something unpleasant. I said ok I will make them all ready by the time of my appointment which is first thing in the morning at 9:35, but I need your help mr. Albaleeg. After I agree to stress myself out with getting all the requirements done within less than 24 hours, he literally disappeared and did not even bother to respond to my calls and messages. And now I'm in his office trying to solve whatever issues he put me in, although he's not welling to help me and still denying his mistakes. So he offered me to pay extra money for the VIP appointment, so he would be able to proceed further with my application. It's the worst travel agency to get your things done. If you are welling to waste your money and time doing your travel work done unprofessionally then do so.
